Svipper
A complete platform for modern service businesses
Svipper started from a real need. When my wife launched her own cleaning company, the goal was not just to compete — but to stand out and offer a premium experience to premium customers. What quickly became clear: small service businesses are forced to piece together fragmented tools: - websites - booking systems - communication - payments - subscriptions This creates friction, inconsistency, and a poor customer experience. The challenge was to rethink the entire service journey: - from first contact → to ongoing customer relationship - from internal operations → to customer-facing experience The opportunity was to create a unified system that makes small businesses feel like premium brands.
I designed Svipper as a complete platform for service-based businesses — combining website, operations, and customer experience into one system. The platform includes: - a branded web presence for each business - internal tools for managing agreements, customers, and workflows - a customer-facing interface for communication, booking, and subscriptions - integrated payments and recurring services At the same time, Svipper acts as a discovery layer: - a portal where customers can find trusted service providers by category and location I focused on: - simplifying complex operations into clear flows - aligning internal processes with customer experience - creating a system that supports premium positioning for small businesses The goal was to remove friction and elevate both sides of the service relationship.
Svipper demonstrates how vertical SaaS can transform fragmented industries. It shows: - how small service businesses can operate with the sophistication of larger companies - how combining tools into one system improves both efficiency and customer experience - how real-world problems can lead to scalable product opportunities The platform serves as a practical example of building from a concrete need into a broader system with marketplace potential.
